Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-teacher conferences are an opportunity to engage in conversation about your child’s learning. Parents/guardians and teachers are able to connect face-to-face and communicate openly about student learning, especially with respect to areas of strength and areas of growth. They help build and sustain respectful relationships that allow both parties to share information and develop strategies to support student success.

Term 3 Conference Dates

Thursday, March 19, 2026 | 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm (In-person)
Friday, March 20, 2026 | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm (Microsoft Teams)

Parent(s)/guardian(s) are asked to book their conference times with specific teachers using the Calgary Board of Education’s School Conference Booking application, which can be found on the MyCBE PowerSchool Parent Account. Families who register for the Friday time slot will receive an email with the Microsoft Teams link for the meeting included. Please contact the school’s main office at (403) 249-3131 if you require additional support in setting up your MyCBE Parent Account.

Ernest Manning High School staff are committed to on-going communication to support student success. Please contact your student’s teacher to arrange alternative times/dates to discuss your student’s academic progress to date if you are unable to connect on either March 19 or 20, 2026.
